Celebrating Our 45th Year In Wisconsin

Dear Sir or Madam:

This is just a brief letter of well deserved, recognition for one of your sales people.  Back in February my wife Michele and I, attended the Greater Milwaukee NARI Home improvement show at State Fair Part.  We were in search of new gutter covers for our home but became interested in the large number of hot tub displays, scattered throughout the exhibit hall.  We listened to a number of sales people explain the benefits of their tubs, (45 hydrotherapy jets, a pop up DVD Player...) Yet, one presentation held our attention, educated us on hot tub use, explained in plain English some of the maintenance involved and didn’t try to sell us something we really had not interest in pursuing.  That sales person, was Peter Werner, of our company.

Pete led us through a very thorough explanation of the Aqua Fun way, not to mention the working of a tub that seemed just right for our needs.  He didn’t try and push a large tub on us, but listened to our explanation of why we were looking into a hot tub and what our space limitations were.  He answered many of the questions we came up with very professionally, then when we indicated a heightened interest, he mention the show special and invited us to come out for a wet test before finalizing our purchase.

On the night of our wet test in Sussex, Peter greeted us at the store with our model tub hot and ready to go evened freshened with a splash of “Jasmine” scent.  He explained the features of the tub then let us sit back, soak up and decide on our own.  The decision wasn’t very difficult, his helpfulness the history of Aqua Fun, the friendliness of your staff and the price all were beyond our expectations.  We signed on the line that night, and received our tub on April 15th, 2004.  Pete also provided us with the name of an Electrician (Allen Electric) who came out the day of delivery and hooked everything up to code and got us started.  My wife and I now enjoy sitting in our “cleaned up” “kind of decorated” garage in our tension relieving, pain washing Aqua Fun ‘Elegante’ hot tub, listening to some relaxing mood music and grateful that after talking about a hot tub for 5-8 years we ran into Peter Werner that busy Sunday afternoon at State Fair Park.  Thanks again Peter!!!!
