To Whom It May Concern;

We wanted to take a few minutes and let your know of our experience with Aqua-Fun Pool & Spas Depot.  In early March of 2004, my fiancé and I decided to start shopping around for hot tubs.  We stopped at numerous, numerous places and received quotes and specials and what not.  We were treated like a number at most of the places and made to feel like we were wasting the company’s time and energy.  The last place that we decided to stop was Aqua-Fun.  We already has the bad taste in the mouth from the others and figured that this stop couldn’t be any worse than the pervious stops.  Boy were we wrong!!  When we came into Aqua Fun and we were greeted by a friendly and smiling customer service rep. by the name of Megan.  She was absolutely wonderful!!  She took the time and showed us the different models and the features on each hot tub.  She explained in detail about the features, promotions and requirements that we would need for the hot tub.

We decided to purchase the Elegante.  It was perfect for us and was exactly what we were looking for and in the price range that we wanted.  Megan again was superb!  She explained everything to us and made sure that we fully understood what we were buying and made sure that we were happy with our purchase.  Megan followed up with us a few weeks later to ensure that we were still satisfied with our purchase and if we had any concerns or problems with our hot tub.  Both of us are very happy with the Elegante and have told all of our friends and family of our experience.
