Dear Spa Manager,

I would like to share with you how great our experience was working with Justin to purchase our new spa.  I am in sales and have been to intense sales training within the pharmaceutical industry, and Justin has demonstrated the skills essential to be successful in sales.  He was very knowledgeable about your products and the competitor’s products and was able to answer all our questions.  Justin also, pointed out differences in the construction of spas, better enabling us to shop the competition.  His follow up has been the most impressive because usually over you sign on the dotted line the customer service stops.  Justin has continued to regularly touch base with us to see how our experience has been. 

Overall, I believe Justin will be successful in any sales career and I think it would be unfortunate for you to not have someone like him on your sales team.  If only we had more Justin’s in my industry.
