Just to let you know my experience with you was great.  You were very informative and helpful to me.  I appreciate all the time you spent with me when I first came in.  The wet test was fun too!  Thanks for making me feel comfortable with the refreshments.  Everything is going great with the Elegante.    It is the best present I ever purchased for myself.  I have found that my stress level has gone down since I’ve been using it.  It is great after a hard say of work also and the maintenance is fairly easy.  Thanks for staying in touch with me, my confidence in you is very good when I have a problem with anything there has only been a few problems that I had already talked to you about and I you smoothing them out.
