Celebrating Our 45th Year In Wisconsin

Dear Aqua Fun Pools & Spas,

My husband and I purchased a spa from your company in January of this year.  I just wanted to write a letter of thanks to let you know that I really appreciate the efficient, friendly service that I received.            

When I entered the store it was 15 minutes before closing.  I was greeted by Toni, who was very cheerful and knowledgeable.  I had my children with me so she invited them to color while I looked around.  I had told her what I was interested in and the price range that I was looking for.  She suggested several different spas that fit our needs and also showed me some of the different features.  What I enjoyed best about Toni, was that she wasn’t pushy, and didn’t rush to show me the most expensive spas on the floor.  Unlike other companies I checked into.            

Toni suggested the Elegante spa, which I was told was one of the more popular spas, and happened to be one of the most from the show at the State Fair sale the previous year.   She also told me that due to the amount of sales that the factory was offering an incentive.  There wasn’t one available on site for me to look at but Toni showed me one similar and then showed me the catalog.  She then called one of the other locations to see if they had one available.  At the time it was their floor model and the last one they had in stock.  Toni asked them to hold it for me until my financing was approved.            

At the time of my visit we had just moved into a new home, my husband had just been recently activated and deployed to Kuwait and due to the sale of our home I had just paid off a lot of bills.  Toni worked with me on getting our financing approved and I was very well informed of everything I had to do.           

At the time of purchase my husband had told me he was hoping to have been home in February.  Toni was great on scheduling the earliest delivery date possible.  I was hoping to have the spa up and running by the time he had come home.  It turned out that my husband didn’t make it until mid April and due to the winter weather the wiring didn’t get done until after he returned home.  We are just now starting to enjoy our spa but the staff at Aqua Fun has made several follow up calls during that time to check the status of the wiring and to let me know that if I had any questions that they would be there to help us.          

Everyone at your company is very friendly and has gone above and beyond the call of customer service.  I also wanted to give a lot of thanks to the delivery men who made the hose call.  They were gracious enough to move a small storage shed for me so they could get the spa onto our deck.  And then when they were done they move it back.          

My overall service with Aqua Fun has been fantastic.  I have already recommended your company to several people who are looking to buy a spa. Several of them live in Milwaukee and have checked several other places.  A few have recently asked me for directions to your store so they can come check your excellent service for themselves. 

A few days ago my husband went into the store for the first time and he was so impressed he wants me to go back with him to show me some of the items he would like to purchase.
