Just a note to thank you the positive experience Sandi and I had while shopping for our spa at Aqua Fun. We had been considering purchasing a spa for some time because we both have had back injuries. Toni took the time to explain the different spas to help us determine which one would meet our needs. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the products sold at Aqua Fun. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. She also helped us with the proper set up process by putting us in touch with a mason to create a stable base for the spa and an electrician to connect the spa correctly. The entire process was very smooth. We feel that the staff at Aqua Fun has a commitment to their customers not only to sell their product but also to make sure that everything is to customer satisfaction after installation. You have been available by phone to answer questions and will come out to our home when needed. Another plus is that you have their own service department to service what you sell.
