This letter is to let you know about the experience we had when purchasing our Vita Spa Aurora model in July 2002.

We shopped around at a minimum of six stores before deciding on Aqua Fun. The main reason we returned there is because of your salesperson, Megan Coughlin. She was very knowledgeable about the products offered in her store, which could not be said of each place we visited elsewhere. We had an experience at another store in which we were not even acknowledge by any person of the sales staff. After 10 minutes of walking around the showroom by ourselves without being greeted we left. We wondered about the level of service after the sale, if this treatment was indicative of service.

We liked the features of this particular spa, as well as the general appearance, and the value price wise. Many of the other spas with similar features were much higher priced.

The service at installation time and the "how-to" class at our home were on-time and efficient. When we stopped at the store to buy extra chemicals, Megan greeted us immediately and helped us with our purchases, letting us know how we could save money by buying the larger containers of chemicals.

We've spent many hours in our spa, enjoying time relaxing. We've had such a good experience with Aqua Fun we've referred friends of ours to your store. They purchased their spa there, and it will be installed soon.
