Dear Aqua Fun

It has almost been ten months since the day I purchased my Vista Hot Tub. Although I had a small problem with some diverter covers they were taken care of right away. This tub has been everything you promised and more.

Let me start from the beginning. When I was looking for a tube to replace the 13 year old used tub that we had, I looked at every store that sold tubs in this area plus the internet showed me some business that were selling tubs but you couldn't go and look at them. I had been into Aqua Fun a couple of times before I went around seeing what everyone else had. At all the other stores I asked about trying the tube out before I bought it and they all said that wouldn't be possible but I could try the one that they had on display. The one they had on display was a tube that was not in my budget so why bother. Every tub I looked at had good points and bad. Being in construction I can tell which tub is framed solid and is build with quality materials.

That's only one of the reasons I own a Vita tub. Everything about the tub's construction I liked and the efficiency of the tub has been unbeatable having been through our first winter with our tube. In fact my wife made a comment that she noticed a good savings in our electric bill.

The other reason I own a Vita Tub is the service. After looking at several stores and Aqua Fun my wife and I went into the Aqua Fun store in Waukesha one severing with more questions and the intentions of trying out some tubs. I had made some arrangements to try out a smaller tub than my exiting one but this one was more comfortable because I am 6' 2 so the loungers in many tubs did not fit for me. After trying the tub I wasn't satisfied with the tubs performance because I was used to the power of our existing tub.

I'm glad I tried the tub before I purchased it because I would have been very disappointed. I sat in every tub they had filled and everyone they didn't. I know that my sales women had a great deal of patients dealing with me. As it got late I really had my heart set on a tub that was a little more than I wanted to spend but I wanted to try it anyway. The problem was it wasn't filled and they were just about to close. But that didn't stop my sales person she had one of the service guys take a pump and remove the water from one tub and pumped it into the tub I was eager to try. They also had to temporarily hook the power up to.

The tube was great everything that I wanted and things that I didn't have before power, comfort, therapeutic designed jets and craftsmanship. I bought that last tub I tried. Aqua Fun and my sales women worked very hard to make sure I had the perfect tub! That's service that no one else was willing to do anywhere in this city.
